Promocenter Intl. ALWAYS includes FREE artwork with every order. We'll create or modify your custom imprint to your exact specifications FREE of charge! Terms: Up to one hour of artwork creation or modification (which, by the way, is usually all that's required). Subsequent hours are billed at $40.00 per hour.

If you wish to request a sample of the product of your interest or a pre-production spec sample (with your own custom imprint) before you order in bulk, please send an email to samples@promocenterintl.com
Please Note: A regular set-up charge applies to the spec sample but will be credited when you place your order. |

| What type of file do I need to email? |
|
A simple eps, pdf or psd file will do. Of course, if there are any issues or problems pertaining to your artwork, Promocenter Intl.’s team of skilled graphic designers will work with whatever information you have and assist you in modifying the image and transferring it to the correct format.

| How will PC know that this art pertains to my order? |

Please include your Promocenter Intl. order number in all correspondence with our staff and they will be sure to direct the information accordingly.

| I am a bit nervous that my logo won’t come out as I expect? |
|
There are several ways Promocenter Intl. ensures customer satisfaction. A day or so after receiving your artwork, our art department will send you a virtual-proof of your promotional item. Furthermore, lines of communication will remain open allowing for any further modifications you wish to make. Of course, the way to get the best and swiftest results is to provide our artwork team with as much detail as possible about your logo. Include imprint location, orientation, copy positioning, typeface, typestyle (caps, bold, italics etc.) in your info. Finally, if you want to be absolutely certain of the how your product will look you can always request a spec sample.

Screen Printing A common printing technique that uses woven mesh (or screen) to support an ink blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a surface.
Oxidation A chemical process used to embolden engravings on silver.
Set-up charge Every new imprint requires the printer to “set up” customized materials and templates. The standard charges for set up reflect the cost of this process.
Debossing Making a customized indent of a design or logo into a surface.
Heat Transfer Is a mass-production method of applying an imageto a curved or uneven surface. It is most commonly used for printingon porcelainand other hard surfaced pottery.
